Mission Statement of the EAA-Working Group AEROSOL MODELLING (AM)

Aerosol modelling plays one of the key roles in evaluating the current understanding of the chemical and physical processes affecting aerosols. The EAA-Working Group on Aerosol Modelling covers studies from microphysical to global scale, from atmospheric to industrial applications:

Atmospheric applications Nucleation Transport and transformation: from regional to global scale applications Climate effects of aerosols Emission inventories for modelling applications Modelling aerosol impact on human health Industrial applications.

Spanning all scales of the processes affecting the aerosols and having many different applications involving chemistry, physics, and engineering approaches the Aerosol Modelling Group is a proper forum of discussion on the on-going research and exchange of state of the art knowledge.
